MARBLED LA ONLINE ORDER TERMS
Acceptance. By placing an order on order.marbled.la, you agree to these terms. The person paying is responsible for the order.
Payment. Orders are paid in full at checkout. Prices, delivery fees and tax are shown before you pay.
All Orders Are Final. We buy ingredients and schedule our kitchen for your exact order, so orders can't be cancelled, reduced or refunded once placed. This includes changes in guest count, plans or weather.
Adding to Your Order. You can add items anytime before your order's cutoff using "Add to this order" on your order page (the link is in your confirmation email). You pay only for what you add, with no extra delivery fee.
Delivery. We deliver within the window shown at checkout. Please give us an accurate address, gate or building access, and a phone number that will be answered. If no one is available to receive the order, we'll leave it in the safest spot we can or hold it for pickup, and the order is still considered delivered. A re-delivery may carry a new delivery fee.
Pickup. Pick up during your selected window. Orders not picked up by the end of the day are considered fulfilled, and we can't hold food for food-safety reasons.
Hot and Cold Orders. Hot orders arrive ready to serve. Cold orders arrive chilled with reheating instructions. Once food is delivered or picked up, safe handling, holding temperatures and leftovers are your responsibility. Refrigerate perishable items within 2 hours.
Substitutions. If an ingredient is unavailable, we may substitute something of equal or better quality and will let you know when we can.
Allergens. Tell us about allergies in your order notes. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and shellfish, so we can't guarantee any item is allergen-free.
Questions About Your Order. If something isn't right, contact us at info@marbled.la within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, with photos if possible, so we can make it right. Please contact us before disputing a card charge.
Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This doesn't apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or anything California law doesn't allow to be limited.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute will be brought in Los Angeles County.
